    Obituary Mrs. Ollie Parker Doby, 80, Rt. 1, died Monday morning at Davis Community Hospital in Statesville following a brief illness. She was born in Surry County July 14, 1903 to the late J W. and Betty Creed Parker. She was a member of Clarksbury United Methodist Church. Her husband, Walter Henry Doby, died August 11, 1965. Surviving are four sons, Dan and J. D. Doby, both of Winston-Salem, Perry Doby, Rt. 6, Mocksville and Garnet Doby, Cleveland, N.C.; five daughters, Mrs. Christine Cobb, Winston-Salem, Mrs. Marie Elmore, Mrs. Dorothy Crowson, Mrs. Shirley Chapman and Mrs. Caroline Taylor, all of Statesville; four brothers, Leonard, Elmore, Henry, and Clarence Parker, all of Mt. Airy; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Byrd, Savannah, Ga.; 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Clarksbury United Methodist Church by the Rev. Donald L. Farris and the Rev. William W. Blanton. Interment will follow in New Home Church of Christ cemetery in Dobson. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Eleven grandsons will serve as active and honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Reavis Funeral Home in Harmony. In lieu flowers, memorials may be made to New Home Church of Christ Cemeter Fund, Rt. 2, Dobson, N.C.
