  Obituary	Edna ”Jackie” Davis Edmonds, of Graham, NC passed away at Home surrounded by her family. A native of Orange County, NC, she was the wife of the late William Hal Edmonds and daughter of Swain Davis and Mary Williams Davis, both deceased. She retired from Burlington Industries. Edna was a member of Front Street Christian Church Disciples of Christ. She was a Sunday school teacher and was known as the church Historian. She was an Elder for life. Edna was also an awesome seamstress, loved to crochet and write poetry. She volunteered as a pink lady for the Alamance hospital. Survivors include a daughter Barbara Edmonds Ashley, Daughter in -law, Kaye Edmonds; three grandchildren, Harrall Edmonds and wife Brandy, Alina Hughes and husband Chris, Miranda Carrel and husband Dan; seven great grandchildren, Edwin Gunn, Jonah Carrel, Avery Edmonds, Tucker Edmonds, Kadi Hughes, Lela Carrel, Samuel Carrel; one great great granddaughter Lacey Gunn, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son Walter Edmonds, brother Claude Davis, Eugene Davis, and a great grandson, Jackson Edmonds. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at Rich & Thompson in Graham. Burial will be at Graham Memorial Park. The funeral will be conducted by Rev.
