    Obituary Betty Lou Barber is the daughter of Thelma Doby Barber and Norman Barber. She married Jimmie Wilson in 1965. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth (Cheryl) Wilson and and Jeff (Susan) Wilson. She is also survived by grandsons Jeremy and Jason Wilson and her brother Norman Barber, Jr. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Barber Hinson and her mother, Thelma Doby Freeman and father, Norman Barber, Sr. She passed peacefully at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst, NC. According to her wishes, her body will be cremated and her ashes spread in the ocean.
