    Obituary Mr. Charles Lincoln "Dink" Parker, 71, 272 Country Side Road, Harmony, died Tuesday, July 3, 2001 at his residence. He was born in Surry County on Feb. 12, 1930, the son of the late Dillard and Ola Peele Parker. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Smith Parker. He is survived by two sons, Todd Parker of Lexington and Mark Parker of Stockton, N.J.; two brothers, Max Parker and S.D. Parker, both of Yadkinville; a sister, Fayerine Nancy of Winston-Salem; as well as three grandchildren. Services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday at Holly Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Cliff Gwaltney officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the church.
